Annulation de la croisi\u00e8re et maintien deS AUTRES PRESTATIONS \u00e0 quai (D\u00c9JEUNERS, DINERS OU AUTRES \u00c9V\u00c9NEMENTS)<\/b><br \/>Lorsque la croisi\u00e8re est annul\u00e9e mais que les prestations pr\u00e9vues sont maintenuEs \u00e0 quai :<br \/>\u2022\u2060\u00a0 \u2060Le client b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une remise de 24 \u20ac par personne r\u00e9serv\u00e9e pour un d\u00eener-croisi\u00e8re.<br \/>\u2022\u2060\u00a0 \u2060En cas de privatisation du navire, une remise forfaitaire de 600 \u20ac pour l\u2019ensemble du navire est appliqu\u00e9e.<br \/>\u2022\u2060\u00a0 \u2060Un report \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9vu, dans un d\u00e9lai maximal de six mois, sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019un accord entre S.A.S. Nouvelles Rives et le client. Celui-ci n\u2019ouvre pas droit \u00e0 un remboursement sur la prestation pr\u00e9vue initialement.<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><b>B. maintien DES PRESTATIONS \u00e0 quai (D\u00c9JEUNERS, DINERS OU AUTRES \u00c9V\u00c9NEMENTS) avec croisi\u00e8re sur un autre bateau<\/b><\/span><\/p><p>DANS CERTAINES CONDITIONS SPECIFIQUES (notamment : crue de la Seine, alerte Vigicrues, troubles \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public, gr\u00e8ve, incidents techniques ou m\u00e9caniques, d\u00e9cisions administratives ou portuaires etc) SAS NOUVELLES RIVES PEUT DECIDER D&rsquo;UTILISER UN AUTRE BATEAU POUR LA CROISIERE ET\/OU LEs autres prestations. CETTE ADAPTATION N&rsquo;ouvre pas droit \u00e0 un remboursement ni a une remise. le client sera prevenu dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais par SAS Nouvelles rives.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><b>C.\u2060 \u2060Annulation par LA SOCI\u00c9T\u00c9 S.A.S.
