How long is the gift voucher valid?
Our gift vouchers have no expiry date: the recipient books whenever they wish.
How do I use a gift voucher?
Write to us at calife@calife.com with the voucher code, the date and service you would like (dinner or lunch) and a mobile number. You can also book by phone on 01 43 54 50 04. We confirm the booking by email, subject to availability.
Why is the gift voucher more expensive than the “from” price?
The gift voucher is based on the price of the Véranda and the Pont supérieur, the two panoramic rooms of Le Calife. The “from” price of the packages is for the Salon Lounge.
I have a Smartbox, Wonderbox or other gift box?
These gift boxes are booked under the conditions of their own brand, with their own expiry date. Write to us at calife@calife.com with the box number.
Is the gift voucher refundable?
The gift voucher can be neither refunded nor exchanged for cash. Bookings made with a voucher follow our general terms and conditions of sale.
